New Lebanese restuarant opening at Crown Passages in Hale

Altrincham couple, Souhyb and Rose Masri are opening their, Mediterranean-Lebanese-British fusion restaurant, Yallah, at 4 Crown Passages, Hale on 12 July, 2024.

Yallah is the brainchild of husband-and-wife team Souhyb and Rose Masri, alongside Rose's brother Mohammad. It began from a kitchen table operation and developed into a full-fledged event catering business, a popular festival and party food truck, and now, a new restaurant in the heart of Hale, opening this July.

Yallah is a versatile Arabic expression often used to mean "let's go" or "come on," and it perfectly captures the spirit of Hale's newest culinary addition. The restuarant offers a menu inspired by Mediterranean, Lebanese, and British cuisines. It will provide both dine-in and takeaway options in a family-oriented, welcoming environment.

Crown Passages (the retail complex where the restaurant situated) is positioned at the rear of Sainsbury's in Hale Village (next to the car park). Aspire Gym joins the existing tenants which include Luxury Items Ltd, Coffee B, Starlight Ultrasound, Blacks Aesthetics, Liz Clough Aesthetics and Mulan Bar.
